About Me

My name is Julissa. I am very interested in forensics, civil rights, cultures, and things that are particularly different from the average perspective. I am not very social, I procrastinate, I'm forgetful, and I am a very passionate person. I attend Central York High School and Apollo really helped me develop my interest and learning in a way that fit me.  These courses have let me use my art as my voice and express my feelings in the topics I was concerned about. This page consist of projects about societal issues in today's world and my perspective. Thank you.

In this project I took a look at the the military and specifically how I fit in the Navy while staying true to myself as an individual.

As my final project in apollo I decided to focus on my culture. I

wanted to take a look at the island, our traditions, and really the

beauty of it all. With the driving question: Why are Puerto Ricans
